At Cowgold, we take great care in preparing, packing, and delivering our pure homemade ghee. Each jar is made fresh, hygienically packed, and handled with love and devotion. Since our ghee is both a food and worship (pooja) product, we follow strict safety and purity standards — which means returns or refunds are accepted only in limited cases.
1. General Policy
Our ghee is a consumable and sacred product, so we do not accept returns or refunds once the product has been opened, tampered with, or used in any form.
All sales are considered final once the order has been processed and shipped.
2. Conditions for Refund or Replacement
We will accept a refund or replacement request only under the following conditions:
- The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is not opened, used, or tampered with.
- The original packaging, invoice, and order memo are provided.
- The issue is valid — for example, you received a damaged or wrong product.
Please note:
If the outer courier box is slightly damaged but the product inside is intact, we will not issue a refund or replacement.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- The product has been opened or used.
- The seal or packaging is broken.
- The product was purchased more than 7 days ago.
- The customer changed their mind after purchase.
- The product is a pooja/worship item already used for religious purpose.
4. Refund Process (If Approved)
If your return/refund request is approved after verification:
- The refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
- If you received a replacement, you will be informed via email or message once it is shipped.
